Orders

How do I place an order? Browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at jacobmagera101@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

I haven't received an order confirmation — what should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at jacobmagera101@gmail.com with your name and the email address used at checkout.


Shipping

Where do you ship to? We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery takes 7–15 business days for Canada and the US, and 14–30 business days for international orders. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update.

Do I have to pay customs or duties? International customers may be charged customs fees or import duties upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return? Email jacobmagera101@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Where do your products come from? We work with trusted suppliers to bring you a curated selection of quality pride products. All items are shipped directly to you.

Do you restock sold-out items? We do our best to restock popular items. If something you love is sold out, email us at jacobmagera101@gmail.com and we'll let you know when it's back.
