Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

How to start a return Email us at jacobmagera101@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at jacobmagera101@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or PayPal. If the issue persists, contact us at jacobmagera101@gmail.com.
