We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & duties For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
